## Engagement model

No fixed rate card. One fixed price to start (Discovery); every build is quoted after Discovery, so clients pay for their scope. Every engagement ends with working code in the client's repo, an eval suite the client's team owns, and a runbook.

### Discovery

- Price: $2,500 (Refunded if we find nothing worth automating.)
- How it's priced: Fixed fee, credited in full against your build.
- What it is: Two weeks with your team. You leave with a one-page plan: the workflow to automate first, a fixed quote and the engineers who would build it.
- Includes: Two weeks watching the real work, not a workshop; Ranked map of the loops where an agent pays for itself; Eval plan: what "good" means and who scores it; Fixed quote and named team for the first build
- Next step: Book a fit call at https://www.agnotiq.com/contact

### Build

- Price: $5k to $25k (Most single-workflow builds. Multi-agent systems are quoted after Discovery.)
- How it's priced: Fixed quote after Discovery, set by scope.
- What it is: One production agent for one workflow, with the eval suite, guardrails and rollout plan built alongside it.
- Includes: Working prototype in your sandbox by week three; Eval suite your team owns, run on every change; Canary rollout, telemetry and a kill-switch; Code in your repository, runbook included
- Next step: Estimate your build at https://www.agnotiq.com/contact

### Operate

- Price: From $2,000/mo (Scales with the number of agents in production.)
- How it's priced: Monthly retainer, cancel with 30 days notice.
- What it is: We stay on after launch: monitoring, tuning, model swaps, and retiring the agents that stop paying rent.
- Includes: Quarterly rebenchmark across frontier and open models; Incident on-call and a shared Slack channel; New agents added at Build rates; Quarterly review of what to keep, tune or retire
- Next step: Book a fit call at https://www.agnotiq.com/contact

## What moves a Build quote

- Systems connected: Each system the agent reads from or writes to adds integration and test work.
- Monthly volume: Higher volume means more edge cases in the eval suite and tighter cost routing.
- Human approval steps: Every step that pauses for a person needs a review surface and an audit trail.
- Data readiness: Clean, reachable data is cheaper to build on than scattered PDFs and inboxes.
- Security review: Your cloud, SSO and DPA requirements shape the environment we build in.

Anything uncertain goes straight to a named person with a deadline. Details: https://www.agnotiq.com/products/notaray.

- Status: in development. Notaray has no price yet. The plan is to charge for verified bookings, not minutes on the phone. Prices are not set, and no plan or trial goes up until the team knows what a verified booking costs to deliver.

## Frequently asked

- Does Agnotiq publish its prices, and why is Build a range? Yes. Discovery is a fixed $2,500, single-workflow builds run $5k to $25k and Operate starts at $2,000 a month, all published on this page. Build is a range because two builds that look alike can differ by five times in effort: one reads from a single inbox, another touches four systems and needs approvals. Discovery replaces the range with a fixed quote, and its fee is credited against the build.
- What happens if Discovery finds nothing worth automating? We refund the Discovery fee. You keep the map of your workflows and the reasons we would not automate them yet.
- Can we start with something smaller than a full build? Yes. Many first builds sit at the low end of the range: one workflow, one or two systems, with a person approving every action until the eval suite earns trust.
- Do we need Operate after the build? No. The code, eval suite and runbook are yours. Operate is for teams that want us tuning models, watching telemetry and adding agents over time.
