Book a fit call

Two products live. A third on the way.

MarginTide protects what you charge. Lumtry protects what you give back. Both started as agents we run in production, and both start free. Notaray, in development, protects what you book, and early access is opening.

Lumtry sample decisions: a damaged-item refund auto-approved by policy, one over the limit waiting for approval, and one outside the 30-day window denied, each with the policy version and audit row recorded

Lumtry

What you give back

Refunds decided by policy. Exceptions decided by you.

Your refund policy decides every request, your team approves the edge cases, and every step is on the record.

  • Refund decisions
  • Returns and labels
  • Disputes and chargebacks
  • Retention and abuse

Starts free. Live demo, no account needed.

Illustrative Notaray workflow: the calendar checked, the booking written and read back, then the Tuesday 2:30 PM service visit confirmed and verified in the calendar

Notaray

What you book
Early access

Missed calls are lost jobs. Not for long.

An AI front door built to confirm a booking once the calendar shows it, and hand off anything uncertain.

  • Booking receipts
  • Callback queue
  • Phone and voice
  • Integrations

In development: the booking engine is in testing now, and phone answering is on the way.

Best for
Stores and service businesses that compete on price or buy a lot from suppliers.
E-commerce merchants whose refund queue has outgrown one person's review.
Small service businesses that run on an appointment calendar and lose requests when the team is busy or closed.

What they will never do.

The AI recommends. Your rules and your people decide. For MarginTide and Lumtry these lines are built in, not left to settings. For Notaray, in development, they are the design rules it is being built to, not measured results.

MarginTide

Never change a price on its own

You approve each move, or you write the rules that do.

MarginTide

Never cite a page it did not open

Every figure opens to the source it came from.

MarginTide

Never tie you to one AI vendor

Models and data sources are swappable parts, mid-run.

MarginTide

Never hide its working

Each report carries its grade and the reasons for it.

Lumtry

Never override your policy

Model output informs a decision. Your published rules make it.

Lumtry

Never store card data

Lumtry keeps processor tokens only, never card numbers.

Lumtry

Never release a hold on model output alone

A held case waits for a person, whatever a model suggests.

Lumtry

Never rewrite history

Audit and webhook records are append-only.

Notaray

Never say "confirmed" before the calendar shows it

Notaray is built to confirm a booking after the calendar shows it, not before.

Notaray

Never let an unknown result sound like a success

Notaray is built so that an uncertain result goes to a named person with a deadline.

Notaray

Never book the same request twice

Notaray is built so that a retried request returns the original outcome instead of booking twice.

Notaray

Never let a channel bypass the booking rules

Voice and phone will run on the same booking rules as every other channel. There's no path from audio straight to a calendar write.

What manual refunds cost you

A year of manual refund handling and abuse leakage, from your own numbers. They stay on this page until you open them on Lumtry.

Orders across all your stores in a typical month.

Share of orders that end in a refund request.

What a typical order is worth.

Reading the request, checking the order, clicking refund.

Loaded cost of the person who handles refunds.

Your guess at refunds that should not have been paid.

Your assumption for routine refunds a policy could approve.

About 160 refunds a month, 1,920 a year.

Manual handling per year, 192 hours
$4,800
Abuse leakage per year, refunds that should have been denied
$6,240
Handling cost you could save, about 96 hours
$2,400

Same method as lumtry.com: savings apply only your automation share to handling time. An estimate, not a promise.

Questions about the products

Agnotiq, the agentic SaaS studio in Toronto. MarginTide and Lumtry grew out of agents we build and run in production, and now run as standalone products with their own sites, plans and support. Notaray is in development and is being tested on Agnotiq's own operations first.

MarginTide protects what you charge: rival prices, supplier costs, competitor plans and ad spend. Lumtry protects what you give back: refunds, returns, disputes and refund abuse. Notaray, in development, protects what you book: the requests that arrive when your team is busy or closed. They share the same rules: evidence you can open, and a person on every call that matters.

Not yet. Notaray is in development at Agnotiq. The booking engine is in testing now, phone answering is on the way, and early access is opening for a limited number of design partners. Prices are not set.

MarginTide's Basic plan is free for 30 days, no card required (Price Checker, read-only). Lumtry has a Free plan with no time limit and a 14-day Growth trial, no card needed. Both have a live demo you can open without an account. Notaray is not live yet: design partners get in early, and no plan or price is published.

MarginTide writes prices back to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Lumtry works with Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores plus Amazon and eBay intake, and refunds through Stripe and PayPal. Notaray is for service businesses that run on an appointment calendar, and has announced no integration yet.

No. MarginTide never changes a price on its own, and Lumtry never overrides your refund policy or releases a held case on model output alone. You approve, or you write the rules that do. Notaray is built to confirm a booking only after the calendar shows it, and to hand anything uncertain to a named person with a deadline.

MarginTide and Lumtry each ship an MCP server, an API and signed webhooks, so assistants and your own tools work under the same permissions and audit trail as your team. Notaray has not announced one.

Yes. That is the studio's day job. A two-week Discovery scopes the agent and ends with a fixed quote for the build.
